Kite Flying

Jessica and I went up to Signal Hill Park to Fly a kite on Monday, we had just enough wind to keep the kite aloft. She had a lot of fun running back and forth trying to catch the tail of the kite, and also flying the kite.

"B" and Jessica did "homework" yesterday. Sue sent up these books and one was a see and find book (not actually sure if that is what it is called, but) and she found all of the items that were called out on each page.

When Mom, Jackie, Chad and Deanie were here, Chad and Deanie bought a couple of books for both girls, one of the books was titled "Chicken Cheeks", Jessica loves that book, I almost have to read it every night.

Duff and Jackie bought both of the girls a game called Hulabalo (spelling), and Jessica really likes to play the game, Jocelyn also likes the game and we have played it with both of them, it is really fun and not very long.

Jessica and "B" have been playing UNO (the kids version). Yesterday, Jessica won alot more games than "B" did, but they both had fun.

That's all for now.

Update

Well, we (Northern Virginia) is having it's first major storm of this winter season. They say we are expecting up to 9 inches for the Manassas area. I think it will be fun, I drove in this morning and even though it took a little longer, I did not have any problems.

Josh and Joela have signed Jessica up for a dance class, she goes every Saturday. She is having fun and really enjoys it. The first week they were picking up flowers and twirling around. This past week they were pretending they were clowns and marching. She showed "B" and I last night, it was great to watch. You just have to imagine a 3 yr old trying to show her grandparents what it is to march in a circus.

Joela took a picture of Jessica on her first week. I am adding it here so you can see how cute she looks.
Debbie and I were sick again (more of the colds). I got over mine real quick (2 days). Debbie's is hanging on, but should be feeling better (I hope).
Sam, sent her Aunt Debbie a picture of her boyfriend, I don't have it to post here, maybe next time, (not really, just giving Sam a hard time).
Mom, (Nana) has been in the Hopsital for a couple of days, her oxygen level was not where it was supposed to be, but it is getting back to normal, and she should be discharged today. They are still planning on coming done on March 8th for a week.
Hope all is well with everyone, will post more later in the week.
